I really appreciate that I was able to order less than 10lbs to try (I only have one pet). The customer service was excellent, and the quick response I received provided clarification on a shipping question I had. The packing was great. When I received the box there was still a huge piece of dry ice within the insulated bag, the food was still frozen solid, and I was very happy with the food packaging. So far my pet has enjoyed the food.

Rabbit is always a hit in our household. It's more expensive, sure, so I can't buy a whole lot of it, but my cat loves it (although to be fair, he also loves the chicken, turkey, and pork). I love how fresh the rabbit looks and smells. It's a lean protein, so I alternate it with the other, fattier proteins.
