Our Toulouse goose is a French breed of goose, originally from the area of Toulouse in south-western France. These pastured-raised Vermont geese are USDA Inspected, Grade A from a small organic farm. These particular geese are difficult to get in the summer months they are usually very popular at fine dining restaurants and dinner tables on the east coast over Thanksgiving and Christmas.
